We went over to this Dunkin today as we always do. Very inconsistent service, food and drink. Today the iced caramel machiotto was good. But the bagel had little to no cream cheese. We were given a problem with the coupon we gave. When we asked for a recipt to confirm the coupon went through all of a sudden the machines don’t work. Mind you this place just got fully rerenovated. Store needs the old management back. These new hires are un qualified and oblivious.
The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude from the time of order until we left. We order an unsweetened ice tea and she gave us a sweet tea. When we told her it was sweet tea she copped an attitude and was like what do you want me to do about it.
I asked for a medium hot coffee instead and she gave me a medium iced coffee… Instead of making it a bigger issue we just took it and left.
This should be a crime. Whoever gave me this I hope your pillows are warm on both sides and your dog passes from a slow flesh eating bacteria
My mocha iced latte had no mocha, no milk, no whip cream, or choc drizzle. It was just straight coffee. Not to mention they almost forgot to make it in the first place. Not a great first visit. Makes me wanna stick with a Starbucks.
Started out as a stellar customer experiece, then went south when Jonathan, the manager instructed the server NOT to give me cream on the side as I requested. Offered me the little prepackaged 18% cream and I still asked for real cream. Jonathan told the server to NOT do that, that the prepackaged is cheaper. The server started to accommodate me anyway but was directed by Jonathan to put cream directly in my coffee. I am very particular about how much cream I want which is why it is hard for others to add the right amount of cream. The outcome today? I left Dunkin Donuts in Daphne with a bitter taste in my mouth, nothing because of the under creamed coffee and the actions of the manager. I hope he saves enough on the cost of cream to off set the customers he runs off.
