    Two very sweet girls were the only ones working. We are heading on a road trip snd opted to stop there instead of crowded, long-wait Starbucks. We were the only customers. No one at drive thru either. It took nearly five minutes to get waited on. We asked for a cappacino, a ham and Swiss croissant, and a maple egg breakfast croissant. The girl told me she didn’t know how to make a cappacino. The other did but I had to walk get thru it to make sure it didn’t end up being a latte. They didn’t have the ham and Swiss croissant so I got nothing. We waited in there nearly 25 minutes total without any other customers at all. Both girls kept checking their phones. They gave us stuffed mini bagals instead of the croissant breakfast sandwich so she had to make it again. This place is obviously very poorly managed and staff is improperly trained! Next time, I’ll take the risk of the long wait and go to Starbucks.

    Today at the drive thru window the employee making my coffee in the background said “ewww this smells so gross i think there is mold. i swear if it’s mold i’m going to vomit.” So I asked the girl at the window if there was mold in the store and she said no. One of the last times I was there they charged me for someone else’s order, when I asked for a refund they told me they would process it – but was never processed (luckily was successfully disputed on credit card). They had hiring ads on the window, so maybe they are making an effort to turn things around at this store, but until then I would avoid.

    We went though the drive though, and instantly the person on the speaker was rude.

    We requested a dozen doughnuts of certain kind, and she goes uhm you’ll have to come inside We don’t have any of those flavors. I completely understand running out of doughnuts, but it has been the same thing everytime we’ve come in the last 7 months all at various times ranging from early morning and right after lunch. Makes 0 sense.

    Had donuts from them before but we just got dozen donuts but very disappointed in the quality of donuts today. They were out with many (such as nuggets) especially chocolate glazed which I have in a pic, I have never seen chocolate glazed with this little of Chocolate covering 🙁

    Manager doesn’t like to make jelly doughnuts, so he tells people the fill machine is broken. Very disappointing as this happens ALL the time and we go there every weekend. Most of the employees are great. Vary is the best, but the one manager needs to go. He sux! His job is to make the damn donuts, and he just doesn’t do it.
