Crumbl Cookies are so delicious 😋 had them first in Vegas and came back thinking we had had it for the last time. But we were driving through and saw the Crumbl Play Ground . We of course had to stop 😁
I love coming here and I love trying all the cookies. The service is always chipper and friendly. Crumbl is always clean and smells amazing.
It’s easy to order in the store or from your app. They have a program where you can get crumbl bucks and save up for free cookies.
The customer waiting area is very small but you should not be there for very long. There is plenty of free parking in the front.
i asked my 12 cookie order to be split because i was on a motorcycle. neddless to say i was charged an additional fee for 2 boxes. and they tried to give me 12 cookie box and 2 empty 6 cookie box. First said i needed to split the cookies myself. The worker decided to do it for me but did state I’m supposed to be charged for him splitting it into two boxes, Now if this is the customer service they offer its not worth the price of the cookies.
Don’t get me wrong, them cookies are great.
Menu is limited by choice. They are always changing the cookies. Keeps things fresh and exciting. Flavors are unique and flavorful. Don’t get accustomed to a particular flavor, as it might not be available on your next trip. Place is a bit pricy for a cookie shop, but the cookies are huge and meant to be shared among friends and family. You can order online and pick up or do so in person, your choice.
The lemon bar cookie is all that and some! Absolutely lemony delicious I just prefer it warm.
