    I love the food at dunkin donuts- if/when they get my order right! Im addicted to the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, and go to dunkin donuts a lot(The northside AND southside one) but I almost NEVER get what I ask for, or if I do, it’s not cooked all the way!(came home yesterday and before i could eat, had to take it all apart and cook it…the bacon was nearly raw!) I dont know what the problem is, but its a few dollars per sandwich, so it’s too much for them to mess up EVERY TIME, or leave your sandwich out completely… Im absolutely NOT EXAGGERATING at all… I literally have my order written down on a piece of paper and give it to the cashier to make it easier for them ring it up… AND I go inside to order, instead of the drive-thru, to do it face to face…
    Ive honestly never seen anything like it, but Ive heard the Dothan owners just dont care, and the management is awful… if my experience is any reflection, that’s very true!
    BUT…2 stars because the sandwiches (when they are cooked all the way) are the best breakfast anywhere!

    Excellent! The store and bathroom was very clean. I was greeted and the employee provided an superb service. They have a variety of fresh donuts, refreshments and breakfast. My coffee and donuts were good. Is located next to Chick Fil A and it is an easy access from the main road.

    So we ordered a avacoda toast w bacon- bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap- and a sandwich with a bunch of different stuff. We waited like 15 minutes then they finally noticed and they seated getting confused then the same lady that took our order came over there and said she didn’t recall wringing any of that up so she tried to make us pay for it. She started being rude to us and her younger staff. So we just walked out.

    Normally I have no complaints but today the service was bad (they acted like they didn’t want to be there) and my food was cold. Do better people act like you care. Serve food the way you want it to be served to you.

    So, most of the time I order from the app and this time I ordered from the wrong location. Customer service let me know someone would reach out to but they never did. No problem! I called them and they immediately took care of my issue without any hesitation! I love coffee and I will visit this location more often. Thank you ladies for making it so easy!!
