    Stopped into redeem a free beverage, but they were out of the caramel swirl. Pink velvet was recommended as a substitute, so I got that, and it was fantastic! Service was great!

    I went in there to get a dozen variety donuts and the cases was almost empty. I got what they had and they would not substitute and when I got the donuts home they tasted like they were a day old. I will not be going back and will continue to go to Krispy creme there donuts stay fresh even after a couple of days. I do not recommend going there. It was my first and will be my last.

    I order on the app so I can earn/redeem points and redeem whatever specials they have going on. Sometimes I get exactly what I ordered and sometimes it’s a total surprise, but they’ve never given me anything bad so five stars. 😂

    I go here every single week on Wednesdays with my three year old, it’s his treat after speech therapy. Usually we’re greeted at the window and they know us as we come here weekly. But today both workers seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else and in a rush when we were the only one’s in the drive thru. Usually our donuts are nicely packaged in a small box, but today they were carelessly tossed into a bag together with no separation causing the icing to come off my son’s donut and onto the bag and other donut. Was super disappointed honestly.

    Nia was a one woman show taking care of 12 customers like it was nothing!
    Great under stress, the next manager for sure!
    Our wait time as the last customers was hardly
    noticeable.
    Great personality as well!
