I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any of your cake needs! Pam was fantastic! We are located in Oklahoma but had a beach wedding in Fort Morgan,Al last month. Pam made communicating and planning so easy on us. The cake she made for us was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing as well! On top of everything she delivered the cake, set it all up, added the flowers we brought with us. It was picture perfect! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!!
Pam is awesome. She is happy to customize your item anyway you like. She was pleasant and responsive to work with and timely in delivering her cake to my wife’s surprise birthday party. It was the hit of the party, and it was one less item that I had to worry about. Thanks Pam!
Owner Pam, is remarkable! The most delicious Cakery I’ve tasted in a long time. Her icing is phenomenal and the cake is so moist and stays that way for days and days (if there are left overs!) She’s very humble, easy going and a good listener. Her prices are very good considering the area and the gourmet taste. I’ve grown up in Mobile AL and have lived in Baldwin County for at least 9 years. I’ve tasted the “best” in Mobile and Baldwin County. Bakers By The Bay tops them all. This is no exaggerated experience. I’ve used her 3 times this Spring 2021. Her story is really cool as well. She’s been using her Grandmother’s homemade recipes for icing and the cake part.

Pam provided a cake for my wife’s 75th birthday celebration. We are from out of town so Pam coordinated with me by phone, email and txt. Pam was great to work with she provided a wonderful cake that all of our guest enjoyed. I highly recommend her cakes.
