I order all my groceries to be home delivered. Occasionally they are out of something I’ve ordered but they offer a substitute button if you want a substitute. They are usually on time but occasionally they don’t have drivers for the time I’ve selected. There’s no problem with returns or it’s refunds. It’s the greatest thing that I don’t have to go shop at the store.
No cashiers! When asking a employee about distilled water, she answered it is the water section (standing in the water, pop and tea isle) I asked if she could explain a little more, with a huffed her reply was you don’t know the water section. I answered no ma’am I’m traveling and this is my 1st time here. She said we’ll walk all the way down this isle and go around the corner and look! UGH she is clearly overpaid!!!
I had the absolute worst Walmart experience today in this Walmart. After driving for hours, I stopped in before heading home with my girls to get some diapers, formula, and steaks for dinner. I ran in quickly because my cousin and girls were waiting in the car ready to get home. I grabbed what I needed and headed to checkout. 95% of checkouts in this store are self checkouts. I was trying to rush and get back outside. I mistakenly missed one of my 2 cans of formula. As I headed out, instead of being asked anything I was rudely stopped by “loss prevention” person and demanded I hand them my receipt. Thinking nothing was wrong I gave it to her. She then grabbed my buggy and told me to follow her. We went into the office and she began accusing me telling me she saw me purposely not pay for my item. She then started saying if I gave her any false information I would receive “ANOTHER” charge, implying I was being charged for theft when I had not even left the store. After complying with her requests, she then rudely asked “Do you even still want the formula?”. I had already told her multiple times that I meant to pay and had no problem returning to pay for my item. I will not return to this store. I will go to Target for any needs further. This store is an absolute joke.
They have changed everything so much more friendly and respectful faster services and have almost everything you need now the only issue we have is lately when we go we are caught off with a strong smell of cannabis in or around the money center
They have to change it but it is a better environment
I waited over an hour for a pick up order. I wanted to leave as other cars were doing so but I was desperate. The gentlemen working the pickup area apologized and I felt bad because he was by himself. They have slowed down extremely ever since switching to pick up area in the back. This is my third time waiting over 30 min for a pick up order and doubt I will use this service again.
