For this to be a brand new store location makes this review even worse! I went last week and received hard, cold doughnuts. Yes I know they’re not hot like Krispy Kreme but these doughnuts were brick hard(even the glaze was cracked) so I asked for a refund. The light skin girl with braids had a horrible attitude(I believe her name was Kiera). I will not be back to this location ever.
I’ve come here twice now. The first time, everything we ordered was good. This second time, I ordered a cold foam cold brew but the cold foam was lacking. I didn’t even notice until I’d pulled away and gotten somewhere else or else I’d have asked for it to be fixed. My daughter said her drink was good and our doughnuts were good too. Better luck next time!
Ordered multiple sandwiches. Bacon egg and cheese bagel, and two egg and cheese croissants. Get our food and because my boyfriend can’t eat pork we wanted to check the egg and cheese sandwiches. I pulled out a bacon egg and cheese croissant and two sausage egg and croissants. We pulled around so he could take it inside because nothing matched our order. He told the people at the counter and the assumed manager comes up and opens the sandwhich and says “this is just egg and cheese sir” like he was stupid. He then pulls the sandwhich back more so she could see the obvious piece of sausage sitting there. She made us new sandwiches but this doesn’t stop how their croissants are typically burnt and were this time. Drove all the way to warrior dunkin to avoid this one but they weren’t any better. You would think a new shop would strive to be good but it seems all dunkins are going down.
I asked for a refresher add coconut milk. Nothing crazy. I’ve done this at other dunkin locations. Lady working drive through said they don’t carry coconut milk. Okay I said what other milks do you have? She said they are not allowed to add milk to refreshers at all? What? Since when? I said can I not buy a milk separate to the refresher? She said no my manager will not allow me. This was such a weird encounter, why could I not add the milk as a separate charge? This place needs a corporate trainer. It shouldn’t be impossible to get add ons or substitutions on your order.
I decided to try Dunkin’ Donuts coffee one morning on the way to Bible study. I got a hot caramel macchiato and it was so yummy. I went through the drive-through and the young lady working the window was extremely pleasant. I will be returning soon.
