Not my best Dunkin experience. I was leaving for a work trip and stopped at the Shell station for fuel. Dunkin is in an adjacent sweet. I thought it would be quick fast and in a hurry. It was everything but. The staff was friendly but seemed super distracted. It took way longer to get a large frozen coffee than it normal. Should I say it took way longer to get a frozen coffee than at any of the other Dunkin locations I’ve been to. The drink had way too much ice in it and tasted more of creamer than any caramel frozen coffee I’ve previously purchased.
I come here regularly in the morning before work and the guy that works the speaker is so Amazing. My problem with this location is the white lady that works the window. Her attitude is not so welcoming and she never has manners and also has the habit of messing up my order. I instantly get a bad vibe when I pull to the window and I don’t like that. I’m a please and thank you kind of person and I’ve never heard her say any of those words. Please work on customer service.
I went in to change things up. I decided to try one of the new snap’d energy drinks. I would have to try it a different way to give the flavor a chance. It was like sparkling and I’m not a fan of that. The blueberry muffin was amazing though. The employees was great! Manners, respectful, and social
Worst dougnut I have ever put in my mouth was so dry couldn’t even swallow drink behind it which was also very gross they had nothing in stock gave us wether we pd for what they had it wasn’t even worth throwing away. Worst 20 dollars ever spent. And the so called hash browns their were a total of 6 for ,4 dollars was
A complete rip off
I love dunkin anywhere (airports especially) was however disappointed because I missed the nurses week offer for free coffee…I wish they said “hey, we appreciate what you do for the community and coffee is on us today even though the designated day is passed”.
The attendant was pleasant.
