Great place to shop. Found everything I needed including Milo’s Tea.
Many people praise Publix as if it’s the best place to shop. Don’t get me wrong the stores are always clean and organized, but customer service always trump all of that. It’s sad that the employees will speak and greet you while the manager’s demeanor is quite nonchalant. I was in this location twice and either time the manager opened his mouth. That alone make me not wanna spend my money here.
I love this publix store, but the deli has gone down here. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve pre-ordered a sub, it has been 30-40 minutes late. Even on the slow days, we shop then come back to nothing. The subs are really good, but not worth my time to pre-order if they won’t make it until I ask.
Went to the deli it was about 8:15 PM was told they’re closed. We only have two people working one that is not my problem. The store is open until 9 o’clock. Serve people until 9 o’clock. I couldn’t get what I needed from the deli it would’ve took them five minutes to get me what I needed. The deli part wasn’t clean. I needed some black forest ham and some turkey and again that part of the deli was not clean up yet so it’s not like they would’ve been turning around and getting it dirty because they already cleaned. This is pretty poor customer service if I could give a zero star for the deli I would.
Smaller selection than your regular sized publix. Decent customer service. They keep it reasonably clean.
Helpful people here, and definitely a great place. Just wish it had more meat options.
