Great breakfast this morning. Souffle of egg and four cheese with a cinnamon crunch bagel and regular cream cheese. Delicious. I have not been a fan of Panera Bread, but this experience was superb. Good service. Fair pricing.
This Panera location has been steadily going downhill. I used to come here all the time. I stopped because everything seemed so chaotic. A month ago I went and grabbed some breakfast sandwiches and a couple of drinks. They were out of lids for the drinks. Okay, no problem. I just went again and when I ordered my drinks they gave me coffee cups because they were out of lids. What kind of place stays out of stuff for over a month at a time. They were out of the bagel that my sandwich came on so they gave me white bread. They were out of half of the store. Even the customer service has went downhill .They seriously need some new management because this place is terrible
The Hoover location needs some attention. I ordered breakfast and asked and was charged for chives and onions cream cheese and lettuce on my sandwich. I didn’t get either plus was out of coffee!!! I tried calling this location twice when I got to work and realized this and nobody will answer the phone. This seems to be a problem in all the Birmingham locations.
ask for no avocado and you repeated it back to me and i open my sand which and the first thing i see is avocado…. im glad im not allergic to it… do better!! if im paying $17 for one person atleast make sure the order is right.
Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line for poor customer service and on top of the money I spent, I got served rotten, moldy fruit
