South parkway Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Huntsville! My coffee drink is always delish, and pretty much always consistent and I order the same drink just about every day!
There are a couple employees I wish I knew by name to give a special thank you and shout out to for always the best service , always smile on the face! I donโt live close to south parkway Dunkin but I usually make the drive there because the North parkway Dunkin almost ALWAYS gets my drink wrong! If you want good coffee and good food come to south parkway Dunkin Donuts ๐
Very polite employees! They made it known they were under staffed today but still did not disappoint with elite service! Amazing crew! And my macchiato is AMAZING! This team deserves recognition!
We sat in line behind a car in front of us for 10 minutes while they waited to place an order. When we finally pulled up to order we were told to wait. We sat for 5 minutes when I asked if we could place our order. I was told to wait while she waited on the customer in front of us. We waited a few more minutes and decided to drive off with ordering. Apparently Dunkin Donuts only takes one car at a time through the drive thru. You place your order pull to the window sit and wait while other customers sit at the order menu til the staff is finished with the car at the window and pulls off. Very poor customer service. I will drive down to North Parkway to Krispy Kreme before returning to Dunkin Donuts.
They got some rude little girls working there I don’t trust them to not spit in food and just be gross in general. I’m sorry that there parents were not around but they are taking it out on people looking for coffee. Or large glasses of milk with a drop of coffee. Somebody fire these employees and send them back to whatever half way home they crawled out of .
