    ⚠️ Only entrance is through the MAIN entrance of the hospital. JUST came for coffee but had also read the abysmal reviews and wanted to visit for myself. Brittany helped me and even got a pot of decaf going (to make me a half-caf) when I told her it was gone. Beautiful venue with a spacious, bright atmosphere, plenty of seating (especially high seats/tables). Since I didn’t try anything beyond coffee, just 4 ⭐ this visit.

    I had a delivery order that I purchased through the app, The DoorDash dasher didn’t not have my complete order I was missing items & also didn’t have my bag and food sealed.. so I called the store and explained to the manager that was on shift at the time and she was very concerned about her customer experience not only that she took the time to refund me my money back as well as in get my order sent back out fresh and made sure I had everything I needed! Everything was amazing especially the chicken chipotle pizza! I most definitely will be ordering again soon thanks to Ms. Chloe & her kindness and making sure her customer was happy & satisfied I most definitely encourage more restaurants or fast food chains to get more employees like Ms. Chloe. & also the GM Mr. Taylor

    Small Portions for an outrageous price. Ordered half a sandwich and they put 3 cubes of Chicken on it with a splash of sauce. As of today, they’ve been out of lettuce for the past few days. Now they’re out of French baguettes, corn tortilla strips, etc. They’re only good for a cookie as of now. I’ll just starve until I get off work.

    This is the BEST Panera I’ve been to! The front young lady is soooooo nice and welcoming!!! Love her! Keep it up Panera, I wish the ones closer to my house were like this one.

    My favorite Panera location in town. Received my order quickly. The food was fresh. Don’t like the new menu, though.
