I considered not posting this but since they charge a premium for hot chocolate I decided to. Ordered a large hot chocolate and they only filled the cup up about 3/4 of the way.
Former employee feeling like I’ve been chewed up and spat out. New manager is incredibly insensitive, rude and biased. In my attempt to quietly quit without causing a ruckus, he brushed me off swiftly and did not care why I was quitting or even if I was going to put in my two weeks notice. Considering how he treated me I decided that I shouldn’t sit quietly, so here I am telling you my hours were cut. He couldn’t handle the fact that I was not willing to be pushed around, and he’s more interested in hiring Hispanics. He has assumed that I steal from the drawers which I hadn’t been counting for 2 weeks. He barely helps the day shift keep the drive time down and keep speed of service fast and satisfactory. He’s given an crew member and dollar raise after threatening their job. He fully refused to work with employees who also do not want to be pushed around by him. This review isn’t to tell people not to order at dunkin. In fact, I have worked at this store since grand opening. I want to see this store thrive and this new management is not the best course of action. I want customers to know, if the staff looks unhappy—it’s because they are. If you are looking for job, do not apply here.
This Dunkin has went downhill the past couple weeks. It used to be a great and positive place to be, but something changed. My food and drinks are still good, but the atmosphere feels much more unhappy.
Actually should be negative 4 stars just for management on its own but we’ll stick with one star since it’s what’s available.
If I could leave 0 starts I would Management has went down hill fast. With the new gm he doesn’t care about anyone or anything. Had the nerve to say something to me threatening to cut my hours if I’m late again bc I was late only 2 times since we’ve opened and not to mention I haven’t called out at all but yea cut my hours bc I was late twice and accused me of stealing money from the drawer even though he left it with 10 dollars missing out of it but yet I mess them up. He does not know the first thing about Management period.
