During the December 28th snowstorm that hit our area, I stopped there to use the bathroom since I was stuck in traffic. I had to go really bad! There were 3 employees inside and 2 standing outside. I was told the store was closed. I explained to them that I had to use the bathroom. I was told, sorry. Needless to say, I will never patronize that business again.
Customer service needs to be fixed. Maybe more friendly. And less rude. We went to get some bread and snacks for the kids and got put our stuff on the counter. The lady started ringing everything up and when she gave us the total i tried putting the card in the chip reader. And she rudely pointed to the door and said did you read the sign. Card reader not working. I said no and the sign was not in bold print. And futher more you said nothing when we walked in the door about it not working. Needless to say we walked out.
Good service and extremely good prices. I got a buggy of bread for under 5 dollars and its almost all high quality.
Bread…lots of it, Very Competitively priced Well worth the stop. (Nature’s Own, Wonder, plenty of everything we don’t need, snack cakes singles and boxes sets.(Mrs Freshly and Tasty cakes) Prices beat the convenience store prices. Small grocery items, and a wide selection of Golden Flake chips.
It’s been awhile since I’ve so I went in to pick up some hamburger and hot dog buns and some sweet cakes but I was surprised that their prices have really increased quite a bit since I’ve been in there.
The young lady at the register was very polite and and even pointed out that some of the hamburger buns I had purchased had some mold on them.
Seem to be very clean location and ample parking and it seems today they closed early like at 3:00 just about the time that I got there but she still let me in to get my stuff which was very kind.
Overall a good experience and I will be back.
