First time dining in this Dunkin’s location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.
Pleasant as always! Service was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with a smile. Took and filled my order promptly and food was delicious! The only thing I can suggest for improvement is to bring back fresh made donuts every morning… Miss that just made taste .
How is it my medium coffee I can get light ice and get a full drink, but if I order matcha light ice they told me they can’t even add extra milk to it that’s a scam
The only location not to mess up my food and drinks, but the girl with long hair and red ends was mocking customers at the drive through and talking badly about them and their orders the entire time I was at the walk up counter waiting for my food. Have some decency! I’ve worked in restaurants but save that for later, not in front of customers.
This is my go-to place on my way to work. I love it. Of course the staff are human, but they know me and have adapted to my quirks. I really appreciate that. I’m not going anywhere else. – Erin LS
