    🍩We enjoyed our visit to the Madison dunkin’ donuts off of County line road.
    🍩We had coffee and donuts both were very good.
    Definitely buy a dozen if you’re going to buy 6!!
    🍩Many of the reviews posted or not necessarily Fair in my opinion yes some things could have been handled differently but nevertheless the place is clean the donuts are good and the people are nice what more could you ask for 🗣️🍩

    We ordered food from here from door dash, they delivered only half of the food, we tried calling the phone number for this location and it goes to voice-mail and days – this is Tony can’t get to the phone and leave a message, then it says the mailbox is full and can’t leave a message?
    We also reached out to door dash and haven’t received a response yet

    I wouldn’t order from this location if this location doesn’t care enough to have their phones available for their mistakes

    Can’t call the corporate phone number until Tuesday so that doesn’t help us today, which is a Sunday

    The lady told me one second so I waited then said she was ready and after I gave her my order said can you hold on a minut again… then asked me to repeat my entire order. When I got to the window i paid and she gave me coffee then shut the window then opened it up and told me to go to the second window in the most rude way like I should have known better? food looks like it was thrown on the ground and left out. Worse Dunkin ever. Date and time I went 3:10pm 5/1/24

    I stopped going to this location because of so many negative experiences. From them continuously locking the front door to excessive time waiting on drinks to incorrect orders. I stopped in this morning wanting to give it another chance and wanting to try something different. My order couldn’t be fulfilled because they were out of whipped cream. I know it sounds silly, but the whole purpose of getting a signature latte is the whip cream, the caramel and the cinnamon. I didn’t have any of those three ingredients. As a consumer what is the point of paying for something if I’m not getting what I paid for? As the employee was handing me my drink, proper customer service would have been to say. I’m so sorry we do not have your whip cream or the caramel or the cinnamon. Instead, I had to bring up the fact that ingredients were missing and he gave off the vibes that it doesn’t matter and I should just accept it and move out of the way. No good.

    This is the slowest and worst Duncan donut place I have had the opportunity to visit.

    They are always out of donuts the coffee that should be hot is cold and the customer service isn’t that great either.
