5 Reviews on “Panera Bread”
I bought the French onion group soup to bring to a friend’s soup-themed party. It smelled great but it had a layer of oil at the top and didn’t look very appetizing.
Also, when I tried to order for pick up from the restaurant, they told me they couldn’t start making the food until I arrived so when I got there I had to wait in line and the food was not ready. Nobody wound up eating the soup at the party.
The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the warm, clean environment enhanced your dining experience. Additionally, the delicious breakfast added a delightful touch to your visit. Overall, it sounds like a great start to the day!
I can’t say how much I love this place. It’s incredible. Their food is amazing. Everything is fresh. Made right in front of you. Love them.
First, for Panera corporate, the price are insanely high for tiny portions of food. The cost of your soup is ridiculous since it comes frozen in plastic bags and is then thawed in hot water.
As for this location, the store was filthy inside and out. Myself and two other customers had to wipe our own tables to sit. I counted 5 employees and 2 managers standing in the kitchen laughing and playing on their phones. This is relevant because it took 5 min to get my order taken and then 15 for a bowl of frozen tomato soup and a grilled cheese.
When i got it I could tell the soup was old and my “grilled cheese” had one piece of partially melted cheese on it.
In conclusion, I wouldn’t eat at this location even if it was free. Far too expensive, dirty, rude, and slow.
OMG….over and over again I try to give Panera a chance, but they are too hit and miss and I just can’t do it anymore. This morning less than 15 minutes ago I stop for a Chi Tea Latte, Cinnamon Bagel with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. The only think correct in the order was the cream cheese and it was checked. They check orders and they are not correct blows my mind. The chi tea I have no clue what this thick concoction is. I see why Starbucks next to them is always crowded. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. I’M DONE WITH THEM AND DON’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
