Always a pleasure shopping here. Truly, everyone makes themselves available to help and it always feels genuine and not forced. From Customer Service desk, to cashiers, pharmacy staff, butchers… you name it! Huge parking lot but if it’s full, be patient. This can be a BUSY store depending on when you’re going. Lots of other good shops in the same plaza/shopping center as well. Really solid location!
great store…but went to grab a salad from deli…got home and the dressing pack inside the bowl was mayo 😝🤢. I guess some people like salad with mayo instead of ranch, ceaser or blue cheese, which is what I thought it was but not…I would of expected anything else & would of been happy with either of the other…but mayonnaise?
the rest of store is great & rest of deli was great…just beside myself. not traumatized but not 5 star.
I always have a great experience here. 85% of the people who work there are genuinely nice people. I always have one guy in the meat department who is not very nice. So I try to avoid him. He is never willing to go check on any meat. Now everyone else is very nice.
Food is expensive. The workers make me smile and not mind spending my money. I love the Bogo sales.
Publix is going waaay downhill in the past few years. When I worked there they always swore they would NEVER have self check-outs. Now, they have them. We used to have speak too and offer to help every customer we came in contact with. Now you’re lucky if an employee will even look in your direction. That includes the managers. These days Publix is just an overpriced Wal-Mart.
