Wow!! Just WOW!! I have pulled away from Walmart over the last few years simply because of below standard customer service. I’ll be honest with you, this Walmart still lacked manned checkout lanes BUT…I saw something that I have not seen since the 90s. I saw, with my own two eyes, two of the cashiers come to the edge of the aisles asking customers if they were ready to check out. I swear!! I have not seen this since they first became a Super Store. This particular Walmart is different from its counterparts because it’s inviting!! I was pleasantly surprised by how bright, roomy and clean it was. It looks as though it received a much needed overhaul and it looks great. Walmart, as a whole, has branched out into other brands…to include Reebok! Of course, each store sells according to the demographics of the area. This store is selling its aesthetics and it is working! Other stores should definitely follow suit. Even if I lived closer to another Walmart, I would definitely choose to drive to the one in Tuscaloosa 😁. Check out my pictures and if that isn’t enough…go see for yourself!

I passed 4 employees when I walked in and even though I said hi, neither one of them spoke(1). Walked almost 30 minutes and an employee named Janeia greeted me and later so did Anthony…

Customer Service People!!! Just a greeting goes a long way. I walk in many Walmarts and I noticed a very high % of the employees don’t even say hi or smile…smh
Very clean Walmart store.
Very courteous employees, easy to question and directs one to the needed item(s).
Came here on 04/01/2024 at 8 pm. I needed something important out of the electronics section behind the glass cases. After going to customer service and waiting for an hour there were no workers who came to open the glass, even after asking several workers.
I was waiting on the store to open and the sweeper truck was cleaning the parking lot. No problem right. Well when he proceeds to get so close to my vehicle he almost takes my bumper off and has to back up there’s a problem! I even made sure to park where there wasn’t any thrash because I saw that he was cleaning the lot when I pulled up. But he did this not once but three times he came so close he almost hit my vehicle. I won’t be returning to this location and I ans there at least three times a week spending my hard earned money. I tried to be sure to park out of his way but apparently that wasn’t good enough. So if you come out and there’s damage to your vehicle it was probably the sweeper truck.
