It’s this Mexican lady that hang out in the front and she look at the color of your skin and decides if she is going to check your receipt please watch her or use the other door
The customer service desk associate that I asked for help this evening was extremely rude and immediately began to argue with me about Walmart’s price matching policy. She was using her phone incorrectly when trying to look up the online price and refused to look at my screen with the correct information. She just kept arguing with me. Eventually, a supervisor took over and handled the transaction. I am extremely disappointed by the way that I was treated by the first employee, even for Walmart standards.
Another bad review for Wal-Mart. You guys really need to do something about the customer service. I watched as a customer accidentally bumped a juice bottle to the floor, which caused the cap to burst. They immediately asked an employee for a wet floor sign so they the customer could grab paper towels to clean it up. That employee literally stood staring with no words at the customer to which the customer repeated herself again, the same motionless non-existent response. The customer just walked off at that point.This is why I cringe twice a year when i go to Walmart. They only get 2 stars because they had what I needed. Target is so much better. Wish we had a target closer
No problems. Items were on the shelfs and easy to find. Inventory looks to have been shelved this time.
Usual horrible customer service. I couldn’t get any of the employees to take me to the things that I wanted to by. They would just point! I had a Walmart gift card my aunt sent me, I’ve finally used it up and won’t have to go into a Walmart store ever again!
