Dunkin’ Donuts is one of my favorite places. This was my first time visiting this location but unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The customer service part was okay but my hash browns are burned. I’m disappointed that they would sell this to a customer. If I didn’t have other great experiences I would stop going to Dunkin’.
I ordered a medium coca mocha signature latte I would have been better off ordering a small because that is the amount or less that was in my cup other than all of the ice that was in the cup. I usually stop through here when I’m in town but it’s getting worse and worse. If it’s not the coffee it’s the customer service received. Please get it together.
The drink was perfectly made, although the person that was speaking over the operator was making it very hard for me as the customer to communicate with the speaker. Otherwise, no problem. Just be mindful, to be courteous to your co-workers and customers in order to have a swift, correct transaction.
The people there were extremely rude and judgey gave us not the right money back. The food was bland and dry but the coffee was good. I am very disappointed.
It was the after 3pm. I ordered Blueberry Muffins of which there was none. No Blueberry donuts either. So, I ordered glazed donuts they were stale! Didn’t even eat them.
