My very first experience. The staff was friendly. The establishment was clean and welcoming. And I had a gingerbread cookie. Omg!!! The best I have ever had. Soft warm and chewy. Flavors mixed together perfectly. I am hooked on them!
It’s a very simple looking place not too fancy and it’s never crowded. We’ve ordered liek a billion times and have had overwhelming positive experiences, only maybe like 2 or 3 cookies we haven’t been big fans of. Anyways id recommend the cookies are big and it’s not expensive. My fav so far… Idk I like lemon
Cookies are good. Very chewy and a little under-baked feeling, but on purpose.

Minus two stars because we paid with cash and told the cashier to keep the change, but they had the gall to flip the kiosk over to ask for an additional tip with a credit card when we already paid with cash and told them to keep the change.
Tipping pressure is out of control. Pay your employees a reasonable wage and train them to not hassle your customers for tips with additional payment method.
I didn’t realize until today that the cookies are made fresh to order. It’s amazing how they turn out such great cookies so fast. This is an awesome place. The staff is outstanding. I highly recommend.
New review: The skillet cookie was such a disappointment and usually they show you the cookie. This girl was hesitant. I didn’t think anything of it, and I grabbed it while it was closed and got in my car, drove home and the cookie looked absolutely horrendous. Looked nothing like the picture. All melted. I was looking forward to the skillet cookie. So sad and unfortunate. But I know they got new staff. The staff here in the beginning did not have this problem.
Old review: Customer service is amazing. Cookies are great. This afternoon I had the Galaxy brownie. So warm and gooey! Highly recommend.
