yall! alyssa is so damn sweet and she is AMAZING at her job at this location. every time i have come, she has done me right and made all of our drinks PERFECTLY. whether it is a matcha latte, a coconut milk refresher, or a coffee, she has EXCELLED.
The best Dunkin in Montgomery!!!! Wish I could take them every where I go! I patronize with them daily. Great service great people and I absolutely love management she’s the best at this location
For the price that I paid for the potato rounds. There weren’t very many. It seemed like I got a little shorted and the bacon was very cold. Not even warm a little harder. Guys, just keep the temperature check on your food and don’t be greedy. I mean, we’re paying for it yell.
There’s a lady at the window that is extremely rude. I was confused on the two lanes for mobile order and drive thru. I ordered through the app so I went to the mobile order lane and it merged at the window so I went to the window because I was genuinely confused. The Dunkin on Vaughn Road doesn’t have two lanes so this is why I was confused. I was just about to go back around just in case I messed up when the lady came to the window and proceeded to lecture me about how I’m supposed to stop at the speaker and then proceed to the window. I was barely able to tell her how I was simply confused before she kept lecturing me on basically the most stupid thing I’ve ever been lectured for in my life lol. Clearly she wasn’t having a good day. Too bad this Dunkin is nicer on the inside and outside than the one I usually go to, but I will not be coming here again. If you don’t wanna work simply just don’t work, don’t get mad at customers because your life is miserable. And the coffee wasn’t good :/
This is the best Dunkin’ ever. I’ve been to many, but this is the first location that I’ve never had a bad experience at. All of the employees seem to genuinely care about customer experience and I’ve never had a wrong order. It’s also very convenient to my house. So much better than Starbucks. Keep up the great work!!
