    One of the best dunkin experiences I’ve had. Fresh donuts. The coffee was great too. But the staff and customer service they provided was outstanding. Walked in and was greeted quickly. I said I had a mobile order. She asked for my name and brought my order to me immediately. Keep up the great service!

    I typically LOVE coming to this Dunkin it’s my favorite in the city.. however today was TERRIBLE! They made my cold brew that tasted like there was no sugar or any flavoring in it I asked for it to be remade they made it an issue. Told me to add some sugar packs to it I told them “it’s not going to dissolve it’s a cold coffee” so they made me pay to remake it and added the sugar packets that still have not dissolved … very disappointed in today’s experience. I hope y’all read this n remember me. I come too often for this… sorry

    The doughnuts were excellent. However the service was less than adequate. I was allowed to order an item and pay for the item that they did not have in the store. Then when it came to refunding us our money, no one knew how to do that. When we asked to just buy something else we were given a sigh and poor attitude with having to grab two more doughnuts out of the case. It also wasn’t pleasant walking into the store with multiple staff members vaping at the counter and yelling profanities at each other. Not a family friendly location for those traveling from out of state

    They guy was friendly and attentive however he didn’t make my coffees right. Maybe it’s cause he burned himself but he definitely forgot the sugar.
