Disappointed in the creme “filled” doughnuts… they were severely lacking in creme. The jelly filled ones I ordered were also hardly filled with anything. The other doughnuts we tried were good, but the reason we went was for these flavors.
First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. Secondly the warm friendly faces. A young lady by the name of Keyona was in training. She was still doing a very good job and was impressive. I forgot to order my caramel ice latte and she was cool about it. Five stars hands down, highly recommended and I would definitely return to this location.
Krispy Kreme, Decatur AL, on Saturday we drove by several times and the red light was never on. That’s fine, however when we stopped we tried to order donut holes, they were out, okay, what about minis? In the drive thru we ordered a dozen glazed donuts, small coffee and an order of minis. Total $28 something. Get up to the window, out on minis, so we get a dozen donuts and the coffee.
Donuts are cold, like almost ice and the coffee was the worst thing I have ever tasted. I literally spit it out. I usually love their coffee but this tasted old, stale, and burnt. We waited forever in line and it wasn’t worth the time to go back in. The employees didn’t know if they were coming or going and were more focused on not working.
Went to try the St Patty’s Day donuts but still wanted to get regular donuts or even donut holes in case they weren’t as good. They had zero donuts that weren’t green and as suspected the dying or whatever they did made the donuts taste off (even the texture was different). Even my strawberry tasted strange..😔
Pls Krispy Kreme do whatever you want but leave some perfect regular donuts for those who know better lol. 😫
If I say I love Krispy Kreme then I haven’t come close to how I really feel about the brand! This particular branch had me in and out in less than five minutes…. And the donuts are soooo good🥰
