    I have never had such a bad experience with WalMart Market grocery pickup before today. Got a text telling me, my order was ready, but when I get there, they tell me not all of my items are picked. I wait another 20 minutes and the guy comes to the back of my jeep, well, throws it in the back, and then closes the door and hit multiple things, which included the eggs, and doesn’t close the door all the way. So, I go to close the door, but decide to look and I discover that half of my items aren’t there and the other half of the ones I do have are not what I ordered. Luckily, there was a kind and gracious young lady, Teyana, putting groceries in someone else’s vehicle, and I told her what was going on and she was kind enough to help and get the correct things for me. Wish there were more people like her. I will be calling the manager to tell them how great she was!

    Convenient location. Love the smaller store I don’t spend as much money as I do at a supercenter! Has all groceries just like SC has.

    I was told months ago the new set up would be great as they finished. It’s not. The name should no longer contain Neighborhood Market in it because it’s a mini super center and no longer provides a Neighborhood Market experience.

    Store is having renovations done. Everything is being moved. Don’t go if you are in a hurry, you can’t find anything. If you make your grocery list in the order in which the store is laid out.. GOOD LUCK. EVERYONE shopping is frustrated because they can’t find anything. People circling like sharks hunting their items. I have noticed they have quit carrying certain items they normally have. Typical of Walmart. If I cant find what I am looking for on my first lap through, I just dont get it. Go to another store. Employees blocking the isles just chatting, not offering help.. even when people are clearly looking for something. Why don’t they move the dairy over to the end of the store so your milk doesn’t spoil before you get out!? I did suggest to the manager that they have maps available as you walk in so you can find things… also a “pardon our mess” sign would be nice. Skip this store for now, too frustrating. (Why so many isles of beverages?!)

    Technical issues were occurring in the pharmacy at opening time this morning. The staff present, especially a young lady named Lindsay handled the dilemma with Grace and professionalism. All them performed exceptionally.
