Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and don’t want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are nice…
The new employees are rude.
But I can tell they try everyday.
I give them 3 stars for actual effort.
I can only give 4 stars because they are going through remodeling, which means a lot of shelves were empty and not in any logical order. But, because of the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism I can’t deduct more than 1 star. Great group of people in an area that I know tests their patience daily. Remodel is finished and it looks good, but, the shelves are still not fully stocked, so, they still only get 4 stars.

This review is only for the customer service desk. I’m normally not one to write reviews but because my experience with customer service was so pleasant I just had to say something about it. We had several things that needed to be returned and come to find out we didn’t have all of the receipts but the lady working the desk was able to figure everything out and rather quickly. She never never sighed rolled her eyes or complained. She made our experience easy and uneventful. She got us in and out in no time. I wish that I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t. Anyway I felt like she deserved a good review for a job well done!
Number one customer service even if this customer is a tracker… Very good parking lot for the trucks.. they treat us very well so come on truckers let’s go there they deserve our money.
