I wanted to get a custom cake for my girlfriends birthday. She is particular about cake since she doesn’t really like icing. I couldn’t make it at home because she it would’ve ruined the surprise. When I called Louise’s and told them what I was wanting, they were able to help me! Surprising my girlfriend is almost an impossible task. I spoke with Maribel and she helped put my thoughts into reality. I ordered a semi-naked 5inch almond cake with a neutral icing. I wanted a few strawberries on top. I was able to text a few inspiration pictures. She gave me a quote and sent the invoice. It was such an easy process. The cake was perfect and it tasted SO SO good!
OMG! Mary did an AMAZING job on my son’s birthday cake!!! I reached out to her a couple of weeks in advance and was able to email a photo of the type of cake my son wanted for his 14th birthday. He asked for a South Park character cake, with no words, just the face of the character, red velvet cake, cream cheese filling, and buttercream frosting. Not only was the cake PERFECT in the way it looked, the cake inside was dense, moist, and sooooooooooo delicious. One of the best cakes we have ever had! This is the second cake we have ordered from Louise’s and we WILL be back for more!!!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! Thank you for making my son’s birthday special!
Absolutely loved the custom cake they made for my husband! Not only did it look amazing- but it tasted even better! One of the best cakes I’ve had!
Came in recently and bought five different flavors of cake for a function. The red velvet and the chocolate cake with white icing were absolutely incredible. All of the cakes were moist and delicious, but those are my favorite flavors. Highly recommend for excellent quality and tasty cakes! The service was awesome too! If they kept whole cakes in the case, I have a feeling I would be by a little too often and pick one up on my way home from work!!!
I participated in a cake decorating class today and had the best time! Mary was the instructor and she did a fantastic job. I’m a complete beginner and the class was very helpful and fun. She explained the basics of the supplies used, properly icing a cake, and how to create roses and leaves. Highly recommend to anyone who is just getting started or brushing up on more advanced skills. Can’t wait to go back!
