Very sad I have to leave this review due to Bobby Jo being such a great manger but when she is not there the place it a total joke I spend over $60 a week here This is the second time I had super bad customer service I asked for a iced coffee with cream and sugar (the obviously didn’t make it right) I took it back instead of them making it they gave me cream packets and liquid cane sugar in a cup!! Totally unacceptable As you can see this coffee does not have any cream nor sugar in it. DO BETTER

Here recently can’t even get inside when the manager is there by herself. I don’t like the impersonal feel of drive thru and prefer to go inside and sit down for a few to enjoy my coffee before starting my day. Ever since Paige left the place just isn’t the same and that can’t even go inside. I hate that I can’t enjoy this anymore.

My most recent visit was one of my best. I was having a rough day and stopped by for breakfast and coffee. The lady working the drive thru was so upbeat, happy and even sang. She completely changed my day. I want her to follow me around and be my motivational speaker from now on. Lol

This location is always out of caramel and whipped cream. And donuts by 10am. I’ve stopped coming here. Not worth my frustration. Ned to get their act together.

This company really has one woman running the whole store. This lady is so overwhelmed running dine in and drive through. I’m disappointed that nobody came from upper management to help. Seeing this woman working so hard for no reason makes the food undesirable. Of course the service was bad there is one woman iron man challenging the whole store. The atmosphere was chaotic dive through line wrapped around the building and dine in packed with people. Dunkin needs to care more and pay this woman for doing 5 people’s jobs.
