Missing a few things from multiple sections (creamer for one), and the bananas were in bad shape. All of them were busted, bruised, or over-ripened.
This location has historically been good, but we’ve had a ton of issues over the last couple of years with sour milk, sour half and half, and poorly maintained fresh foods sections. Some days seem good, other days like today ( Jan 7 2024) things are not so good…
Absolutely love shopping at Publix! The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Plus, the product quality is top-notch. It’s always a fantastic experience!
The GPS sent me to this location today and I’m not disappointed. I’m very thankful for Chris he took the time to stop what he was doing to help me find the items I needed. With customer service like that I’ll be back again.
While there for the SEC swim & dive meet last weekend, we found our car to have a flat tire in the Publix parking lot. The young man that was grabbing carts in the parking lot noticed our situation and offered to help us change the tire. He ran inside and grabbed his manager and both of them quickly changed it so we wouldn’t miss our flights home! That was above and beyond customer service! I will always shop at this Publix and send my soon to be Auburn Tiger to get groceries here! 🧡💙
I am once again delighted to shop at Publix! Instead of going to my usual location, I came to the Cary Creek Publix today and was met with so many smiling faces. I was nervous when I got to the checkout because I’m an instacart shopper and I have two orders this time and each order had a lot of items. Taylor, who was bagging my groceries, offered to get another buggy so we could separate the two orders and we would have more space, and that she would help me take the other order out which I was so thankful for. I get nervous in public sometimes and especially when I have big orders and she made it to where I didn’t feel any type of anxiety or worry after I got to the checkout. She help me take my groceries out and put them in my car, and I had a nice little chat with her while we were doing that. I look forward to seeing Taylor again the next time that I come to this Kroger with an Instacart order! Please let her know that her kind words and service did not go unnoticed and she might even deserve her picture on the wall! The world needs more people like Taylor and I’m so thankful that she was here to help me today.
