They have replaced the self checkouts and for now it appears more clean. Stocking is still an issue, but not as bad as the previous pictures. There are still never enough lanes open if you are going for a large grocery run. From the outside looking in staffing seems to be an issue as well.
Considering the situation and the pending snow and ice coming into our area they were literally packed with customers but the shelves were relatively well stocked and the lines at the checkouts moved very quickly.
The store was very clean but a little disorganized because of the large crowd of customers.
Shopping carts inside the location were none to be seen but the associates were bringing in more for the waiting customers.
As far as parking your vehicle went on this particular day I sincerely hoped you were wearing a good pair of walking shoes because the lot was packed with vehicles.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
My daughter purchased a solid wood bunk bed on 5/10/2024. She asked repeatedly for someone to help her get the box to the registers and help her put it in her vehicle. After waiting for God knows how long she finally went and asked a man, sorry not a man but an individual who is on Walmart payroll, to help her put the box on a buggy. She eventually got the box to self checkout and paid for the bed. Again no one is asking for two male employees to help her. She got the buggy to her car and finally one of the cart pushers helped her get it into her car. I am totally disgusted, not disappointed but disgusted at this total lack of customer service. My daughter basically had to man handle a 114 pound box almost entirely by herself. If you are not prepared to help customers with large heavy boxes, stop selling them. I AM PUSHING THIS UP THROUGH CORPORATE.
This past weekend I purchased some yogurt for my niece and she ate two of them and became extremely ill. I’m talking both ends ill. I’m not sure if they left it out somewhere because it wasn’t old but my niece lost ten pounds this weekend and she was rushed to ER. They only thing she has eaten all day was the yogurt. She is feeling a little better but the thing is Walmart has to be more aware and cautious on that they stock and how long they keep stuff sitting out to be stocked. Because if my niece was older she would have down longer and probably worse. Please show more value and concern with your customers and their well being.
Got there around closing time so I had to run in and grab what I needed. I noticed they were having a bunch of clearance sales but didn’t have time to shop. I wish I had gone earlier. I love their clearance sales.
