We stopped by Crumbl Cookies on opening day. The staff were very friendly, and we got our order pretty quickly for as busy as they were. The shop is very nicely done inside. The cookies are incredible! Probably the best cookies we’ve eaten. Watching the crew make the cookies is an added bonus. It was all hands on deck, and they were cranking out a ton of cookies. They have a weekly rotation of flavors. We tried, vanilla bean, lemonade, sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chip. They were all unique in their flavors, and were all delicious. Cinnamon, chocolate chip and lemonade were our favorites. Can’t wait to try their other flavors. So glad this place came to Oxford!
Crumble cookies are supposed to be soft, but depending on the location, soft = raw, warm dough. This location is one of those locations. I picked up a chocolate chip cookie that was crisp around the edges but it broke in my hand, and the center fell out. It made a grand mess. There was no texture other than sticky except for the outside edge. A spoon would have been appropriate and helpful. The peanut butter cookie was the same. I’ve had this experience several times at this location. I’m about ready to stop hoping for the best and giving them opportunity to be better. It’s like their bakers like raw cookie dough and don’t care about thorough baking. Maybe they pull cookies out too soon because they’re busy? Their cookies’ flavor and texture always indicate they are underbaked.
Went for the first time last weekend and now my wife already wants to go back. Cookies were fresh and delicious. Employees were very polite and professional. Will DEFINITELY be back. A little pricey but DEF worth it.
The cookies of the week were excellent and my family really enjoyed them.
The best and most inviting smell hits you when you walk in, and they are always so nice! I’m so glad we have Crumbl in Oxford now. It’s always so exciting to check what flavors are out each week too!
