After doing self checkout and asking for help to see price for pastries, I was Not so happy after realizing that I was charged with the same price for all of them. I grabbed different pieces. I told the lady who helped us that I saw differences between the prices on the shelves. She insisted all of them are 2.19. Why? Please take the time to help the people or ask somebody else to see the price … or categorize appropriately price in your system per item.
A very nice store, although the bakery section is a bit smaller than some other Publix stores in the area. Has all the typical Publix hallmarks: story clean, helpful people and a persistent smell from the seafood department.
Great store! The staff gets an A+ on Customer Service, the store is clean, and they have a great selection. I usually have to buy groceries at the organic/clean eating stores, but I have been able to find a lot of the same foods at this Publix which is super convenient. I highly recommend this store!
The people who work at the bakery are rude and unhelpful. When I explained that I would like a basic sheet cake with no icing/filling/layers, they rudely suggested Wal-Mart as the only place they knew that did “cheap cakes” like that. It wasn’t a matter of price, but rather a matter of taste…my daughter doesn’t like icing/filling/layers/etc.! I genuinely don’t understand how a basic sheet cake is “not possible.” Isn’t that the simplest kind of cake to make? It’s frustrating that the higher end supermarket has LESS customizability and POORER service. Went to Greer’s instead and they bent over backwards to make my daughter the kind of birthday cake she liked.
Super clean and with a lot of groceries. Excellent service to the client and good prices
