They have one of the better tasting strawberry cupcakes I’ve ever had. Icing had strawberry juice that made it taste better and the cupcake had fruit bits in them. We also tried the wedding cake cupcake (basic white cake that was very moist, vanilla icing was good), the carrot cupcake (quite good) and the vanilla cupcake with chocolate icing (chocolate was delicious). Overall, the cupcakes were all moist, very tasty but had slightly too much icing vs cupcake. The takeaway box had VERY little to be desired. No self respecting cupcake shop should have a box that doesn’t have cupcake holders in them. All the cakes stuck together. 5 stars if it weren’t for the box.
We love this little bake shop. I found Something Sweet 2 years ago and ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and now I order for all my kid’s birthdays. Our favorites are the Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies & Cream, and Red Velvet. Soooo good. Also, the lemon bars are amazing!
I am highly impressed. They provided all the sweets for a baby shower. The cake was beautiful and moist. Cupcake, cake pops pretzels and marshmallows with white and dark chocolate, all delicious and pretty. The owner is super nice. Provides instructions on best way to serve. Red velvet cupcake are out of this world. Love the strawberry cupcake. Just WOW !
Renee is incredible to work with. I sent her photos of the vision for a bridal tea party and she went above and beyond. Her scones, biscuits, cookies and cakes were a huge hit! There wasn’t a crumb left and I continued to get compliments on how delicious the sweets were for the rest of the week after the party. HIGHLY recommend!!
Love it! Just happened to see the shop after walking around and stopped by and grabbed some goodies. Absolutely adorable shop with tons to choose from!
