    First time trying the new Duncan, my ice coffee was great. Got all the way home, opened up my sandwich, and it’s burnt, dry, and flaking apart. High disappointed. I can understand the new store is busy, but this is an obvious mistake, an employee should have known an realized this isn’t something that should have been served.

    I was given the incorrect order, told that what I was requesting doesn’t exist (iced chai tea), (given some sort of iced coffee with espresso). I have received a tea from this location prior and it was made amazingly. Talked to 3 different people that had no idea what I was asking for (mind you it is on the menu). The best part of the experience was receiving my refund. Not the first time they messed up my order, but it will be the last. That’s what happens when you pay people the bare minimum and overwork them. You get mediocre results.

    The newest Dunkin’ addition to our neighborhood had me intrigued from day one. Initially, as expected with any grand opening, there were a few hiccups in the rhythm of service—specifically, the pace at which drinks and donuts were served left room for improvement. However, I’ve witnessed a commendable turnaround in the past month. The team has significantly sped up, bringing them on the cusp of a well-deserved five-star rating.

    From the moment I approach the drive-thru, the kindness and clarity over the intercom set a welcoming tone. At the window, the staff’s precise and friendly interactions make each visit a pleasant experience. Their iced mocha latte is a consistent delight, never faltering in quality and always hitting the sweet spot. The stuffed bagel minis have quickly become my morning staple—truly amazing, and while the donuts are just okay, they do the job.

    I’m now a regular, committed to my morning visits. This Dunkin’ hasn’t just met a need—it’s filled a void in our area for a quality coffee shop with the convenience of a drive-thru. Here’s to many more mornings together. A little more fine-tuning, and I’ll have no hesitation in making that leap to a five-star review. Well done, Dunkin’, and much appreciated!

    Chandler in the drive thru was so nice!! I was having a terrible day and he went above and beyond to help me order what I wanted! 10/10 great service. He needs a raise!

    Staff are always friendly and fast. They’ve gone above and beyond each time I’ve been to this location. Each coffee I’ve gotten has been great. And the donuts have been fresh and well crafted.
