Went to Prattville store all the way from Clanton, 7:00 Friday afternoon, ordered a dozen donuts that cost $20. The glazed donuts had no glaze and the chocolate covered looked horrible, all are so cold you couldn’t eat them. No the “Hot light” was not on but still should not have been nearly freezer cold. Of course the lobby was closed so couldn’t take them back in. If we wanted frozen donuts we would have gone to Duncan! Service was bad, donuts worse.
