Love Sam’s Club!!! I save 30, 40 and sometimes 50 percent off things I use on a regular basis! The Deli has the best pizza by the slice and their hot dogs are great! And I don’t even like hot dogs! Members Mark is a good store brand. The folks in the pharmacy are great! Always friendly and caring. Above all they make sure to assist if you need a consultation or explaining any interactions between your meds. Now. I have a completely different view of this store. Poor very poor management. Sam’s com kept cancelling my orders! Said I would not be charged BUT they put a HOLD on your bank account!!maybe for 7 days! Went in today to get I formation.rude. condesceningi could not believe it. Replace half of the staff. Especially management!he did not understand my situation ! Explained many times.
The service isn’t really great at the cafe. They never have enough people there, and I waited 10 minutes at the counter patiently just to get a pretzel. I wasn’t acknowledged or given a nod. The worker just walked past me 5 times. I just wanted to pay real quick and get my pretzel that was ready. Not satisfied.
The tire shop guy was extremely rude to us when we asked about getting air put in leaking tire. He told us to park in the parking lot and wait for 2 hours and then he might be able to help us. By that point the tire would have been fully flat. Thanks Sam’s I will be shopping elsewhere
Garbage deli, you try to get pizza and they’re always out. The sodas are always empty. Deli workers are rude. The last time I went they refused to sell me a whole pizza. Whoever management is here needs to seriously consider raises so they can get quality people to run that deli. This has been going on for years. If they have food you will stand in line forever. They usually only have 2 workers trying to keep up with the whole thing.
Current date 2024 Club stopped selling Deluxe pizza, Post COVID -’24 cafe dining tables and area are constantly dirty with the store management complacency, if you want to eat safe bring your own cleaning wipes and sanitizer, soda machines are not working or broke most of the time serving warm flat soda, the advertised scan and go cafe online ordering system don’t work. Are? We the only one noticed this….. Pictures are next.
**PRE COVID** Excellent place to get bulk items for small business and many house items including electronics at a better prices, we like the rotisserie chicken and fast food. Meat, produce, dairy and pharmacy are worth mentioning. I wish automotive could do more than just tires and oil change.
