I ordered Crumbl to be delivered to my job. I haven’t been at work lately because my mother has been in the hospital so I wanted to do something nice for my coworkers. With the cookies I sent a note telling them who the cookies were from, to thank them & how much I appreciated them. The cookies came with no cookie cutter & no note. They had no idea who the cookies were from. That was kind of the purpose of sending the cookies with the note to tell them. I called the store & they had trouble finding my order. They told me they were out of note paper so they couldn’t have printed the note anyway. I told them I was very dissatisfied but all they could do is refund the cookie cutter. I asked to speak to the manager & was told she wasn’t there & would call me tomorrow so we shall see. It would’ve been nice to be called & told they couldn’t send my note as they had no idea who the cookies came from. It was not a good experience. This is the last thing I want to have to worry about!!! The cookies did have a small thank you sticker & a bow that looked like dental floss on the box.
The chocolate chip are the best. I wouldn’t recommend the ones that have frosting or topings they were under cooked. The price could drop about 1.50 they shouldn’t be 5.50$ 4.50 is plenty. I will only go back because my son likes it. I would personally not go again. I’m just being honest.
There cookies are amazing and staff was very friendly. I do wish that they would let you know what flavors are going to be coming the following week.
Probably one of my favorite cookie places ever! I enjoy seeing what new flavors they come up with each week. The cookies always taste fresh and look GREAT! Would recommend to try at least once…you will be hooked.
This was mine & my kiddos first time getting these cookies & they was SOOO delicious! I can’t wait to go again. I’m waiting till they come out with the strawberry shortcake one I wanna try it soo badly!❤️
