My son and I went in this morning. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and to my amazement there was only 2 younger kids working. You could clearly tell they were stressed but they handled it perfectly and was very friendly!
Nella is her name!!! customer service was amazing. She was very attentive and my coffee, one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Valley street dunkins you have a gold mine don’t lose her.
Went by after work at 6 clock went through the drive tru order a larhe frozen Carmel coffee and they going say it’s down which was a lie because I heard someone say tell themcits down so lost a customer today good job maybe will come back when a new manager and employees take over
For over $5 for a piece of toast, a little consistency would be nice. Otherwise good.
