I set in the pharmacy line at 630 exacthere was a car in front. Know why it was taking so long to get their prescription. When I finally get to the window. They closed the blind on me and keep in mind. I was there. Before the pharmacy closed, go insidecide only for people to be rude as hell and say. It’s 7 o’clock. We’re close at 7 and I told them. I was there at 630 while they was taking their time with somebody else and shut the window in my face. They say come back tomorrow I will be calling corporate
Most employees here are very nice and friendly, and willing to help you. They have a lot of the self checkouts but they also will let you go to a regular register if needed. I like that I can come here and buy everything in one trip. The only problem I have with this location is the parking lot!
So I don’t get off work till 10 so I don’t get to go shopping until like 10:30 or 10:40.There is usually someone standing out front the doors saying sir we close at 11:00 which mind you that’s the same time they close every night. I have never taken longer than 10 minutes. So I always run as I always do. Well tonight there was a sweet cashier named Mae who was like sir you don’t have to rush it’s only 10:40 and we get paid till 11. It truly made me feel at ease and was a nice ending to my hard day. Workers like her truly need a raise. She was so nice and very professional. She went out of her way to come, and greet me, took me in, and checked my items out herself at another register. Employees like this will be the reason why I continue to come to the store.
I was excited when this place first opened, but it has gone downhill. There are customers yelling at customers and workers; the workers openly complain, cuss, and have bad attitudes. There have been fights and just general mayhem now. Also, the stock is hit or miss, which is very frustrating. I hate giving a 2 star rating but it’s honest.
This pharmacy staff is the best I have ever encountered. Every person working in the pharmacy is so nice and energetic. Best pharmacy hands down.
