Very very crowded, which is obviously not their fault. Couldn’t use the bathroom upstairs because it had to be cleaned due to someone had smoked pot in there. Got the best chocolate Sundae’s ever, so quality of food was good. The location has great views!
I was a school bus driver on a sports trip. I called ahead to let this store know I was coming with 12 hungry teenage boys and 3 adults. The crew at this store was very efficient at getting all the orders filled in a timely manner. They were friendly and accommodating. Food was cooked to order and done well. We all were in and out of there within an hour. Everyone ate in, so I would say that was very well done.
Are all of the employees new? Like every single one of them? Have they been getting a new set of new employees daily for the past three months?
I normally would not bother to review a McDonald’s but my experience here was so bad that I am taking the time to write a review.
Although they took my order quickly, I sat in line for a half hour after ordering. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, nuggets, and fries, and a small coke.
They gave me a chicken patty with cheese instead of a burger. All of the food was ice cold. The soda was half full and had no syrup. Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had which is a shame because I’ve stopped here often over the years
waited for 20 minutes in line then another 5 before even being acknowledged by the staff. On top of that the food was horrible
