Ordered this calzone. Picked up.
MY BIG MISTAKE NOT OPENING THE BOX THERE.
Get home and find this burnt offering. Called them and they did offer to deliver a new one. I didn’t want to wait another hr. Will “take care of us next time”.
Now the good points. Loaded with pepperoni and cheese. Peeled off the top and ate contents.
I explained to the “person in charges a young lady”
That I’d of rather waited for a remake than get this.
Like so many businesses today a lack of effective supervision.
Stopped by for some food and drink prior to a concert at Darien Lake. The food was absolutely delicious! Got pizza french fries and a Joel’s favorite specialty pizza. I will definitely be back for the warm service and amazing food
I ordered 30 some odd dollar chicken wings for a pick up they were all flats and there were some they don’t even look like wings…. Sauce was broken and I called to see if this was normal and the guy on the phone basically told me I was crazy and that no restaurant separates their wings… I’ve worked in pizza shops and that is just lazy and what in the hell is that tiny things??
Trash absolute garbage 28 inch pie only outter 3 inches isnt mush got a hawaian ya kidding me lunch meat no pineapple not one person eating or drinking this is definatly a place u go eat or drink to be sad and give up on life lol
This is a great stop for food. Wings are the real deal and true Buffalo wings. Fried dough is great also. Great staff and atmosphere so give it a try when in Akron!!!
