Very poor service over priced coffee was water down service is very unprofessional and it’s a shame because there’s a lot of employees in the mall and they don’t give any discounts for Mall employees or anything. And the selections is very poor.and The previous owners were a lot better. I would never recommend going there or referring anybody to go there. I apologize, but it is a shame.
The girl with the red hair that works here has the absolute worst attitude. No matter what time of day, what you order, she’s annoyed, rude and nasty. I’d rather order from a rock than deal with this girl.
Nice fast food place, fresh hot food, very courteous employees, always get orders right – thank you, Team!
I ordered 2 small hot chocolates and 2 doughnuts. Cashier wasn’t friendly and service was slow. Wasn’t busy. The drinks were both cold and the chocolate was clumpy and not dissolved. But the doughnuts were good. Disappointed for sure.
We had a Coffee and a Tea. Their tea is really trademark-large-tea bag. Value for money though. Place is inside one of the Malls at Colonie Center and has a place to sit and drink your coffee.
