    Ordered a iced coffee and stuffed croissant. Lady at window didn’t know how to make croissant apparently so she had me sit in the drivethru while he coworker who was busy at the counter could make it. Since she was busy it was left in the oven and I sat at the window for nearly 10 mins. This is what I was served

    Food came out burnt and got orders wrong majority of the time. Ordered an iced latte one time and they gave a cup milk.

    Let’s just say I think I bothered the workers who were standing around on there phones to take my order attitude was bad this be my last choice to go to this one only if I have to

    The gentleman who takes the orders was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that I was ordering or asking questions. This is not the first awful experience at this specific Dunkin. Will not go back
