Imagine being the only car in drive-thru at 530am being told u have to drive around multiple times for different orders. Horrible service and employess drove 5 minutes up the road to the other dunkin placed 4 orders at once with no problem.
This location was good, but it’s a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn’t crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn’t mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that’s supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn’t. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c’mon, dd you know dang well that doesn’t taste like a churro. lol maybe if they had like a caramel drizzle on it 🤔 then maybe, but yeah, no Anywho, it’s dunkin donuts what else is there to explain.
It’s easily the worst Dunkin location in the whole world. They decided to lock doors in the middle of the day, so we had to stand in the drive-through, waiting that miraculously we would get food today. They always either screw up the order or just completely lose it
Servers are good, food is good, times they open and close and decisions regarding the place is why it’s a 1 star instead of a 3 or 4. Absolutely moronic to close a breakfast place during peak breakfast hours!
This place is a dump; I don’t know how they’re still “operating”. They closed prematurely because of being understaffed, but didn’t have the competency to mark the store as closed or unavailable on the app, and so I wound up spending money on a large order and then treated me like it was my problem. The franchise owner needs to give up, sell it to someone else.
