I may or may not drink too much Starbucks. But they don’t seem to mind!
Great coffee, super pleasant staff, I really enjoy visiting different Starbucks and getting the whole experience
The food is not starbucks’ best feature. The egg white feta wrap is definitely frozen and microwaved, making parts of the wrap not edible. The espresso is the smoothest of all the chain coffee joints. It’s always a delicious, delightful beverage. The service is ALWAYS GREAT.
I work at blaze right next door & I come this like twice sometimes 3 times a week while at work I order hit chocolate & other drinks for coworkers and out of all the time I went there my drink was only made correctly one time the rest of the time they did not make them right at all. I don’t get the coffee because it’s too strong so I get a hot chocolate with whip cream and espresso shot four sugars and cookie crumble and every time I get no sugar and no espresso shop. There’s a sticker that’s on the cup and it supposed to have everything that I asked for the cashiers never put it in the girl at the end she usually makes the drinks correctly any other day when I went in there, she could’ve been having a bad day and I had to repeat to her plenty of times what I wanted in my drink then was charged extra only because they didn’t type it n when I order my drinks but I’m not even mad at her but I’m really more frustrated with the cashiers because I’m telling you specifically what I want in my drink and then to get my drink with the sticker that just says a hot chocolate all they’re going to do is make it their regular way you’re not even adding what I want in my drink
Worst staff. Very unfriendly and rude. Shift supervisor was very arrogant and rude along with three more employees/staff. They got two of my orders wrong. I would not recommend this location to anyone. When a shift supervisor herself is rude and arrogant to customers, I don’t expect rest of the staff to be nice. Starbucks management needs to notice this and train these employees on “Customer service”
0 stars if I could. I spend an obscene amount of money at Starbucks on a daily basis. Today I ordered at Stuyvesant (my first mistake) to start my jam packed full day of work. My refresher was disgusting – tasted completely watered down, like they ran out of mixture or something.
They actually gave me 2 drinks (when I ordered 1) because the person making it either knew it tasted terrible or didn’t know what they were doing and messed up. Thought I lucked out – but actually Had to throw both out.
Paloma or whoever answered the phone refuses to give any type of refund or replacement unless I bring the drink back TODAY which is totally unrealistic as I’m out of the area for the day. What poor customer service by a billion dollar corporation for a frequently paying customer. Guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Oh well, won’t go there ever again.
