I’ve been here a few times so far in the last cpl weeks. I love the new bar and the cocktails have been wonderful! The staff are warm and welcoming and knowledgeable! The chef is accommodating and delightful! I loved the shrimp scampi. You can’t go wrong with the house filled cannolis and an espresso martini for desert.

The food was delicious, the service was kind, the atmosphere was nice, and the bathroom was warm and toasty! I’ll definitely return and bring others with me!

Good food, but terrible service. After being seated it took 20 min before we got drinks. 1 hour before app came out. 2 hours for dinner. It was not a full night of tables, so not sure why. Very little service while waiting, drinks were empty most of the time. One single unisex bathroom for the whole restaurant which someone occupied every time we tried to use it. The food was tasty, but we won’t go back unless we have several hours to kill.

Went here for a dinner with my family. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive. No one checked on us while we were waiting. By the time the food was ready we had to have them put it in to go boxes because my children were exhausted. They even forgot to add the meatballs to the linguine with meatballs. The restaurant wasn’t busy. There was one large table but most of the small tables were empty. Overall the food was average but absolutely not worth a 2.5 hour wait.

Stopped in for my 1st time this evening while traveling for work. I was immediately made at home by the entire family. The bread was served with a pesto/olive oil dipping sauce…… lovely. everything is scratch made and it shows. Well worth any wait, not that I had one. The eggplant rollatini was exceptional, and the portion was huge. I trusted Sandra and her mother to chose my entrée, and they sent out a chicken piccata that was second to none. It was prepared perfectly, and served over al dente linguine. I finished the meal with a pineapple cheese cake that was divine. It was light, gorgeous, and truly unique. The espresso they serve is worth a visit alone. I plan to be back next week on my next visit to Albany. Make the time to stop here. You won’t regret it.
