Call the Food Inspector! I’m a fan of Chipotle, but this is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Filthy, bad employees, there was nothing going right for the store. Every table needed to be wiped.off, floor not swept in hours. Trash overflowing, drink station a disaster with no ice, several beverages out. Employees standing around. I offered to.wipe.off tables so we could dine in.
Management should be all over this but from what I can see management doesn’t care either because they have not responded to reviews that are just as bad from over a year ago.
I have loved their food before. But today there’s hair on my food. Also it also contains a lot of burned flakes, they may need to clean their grill more often.
Last 2 times in a row, stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told when I got to the front that, they were only taking cash that day. Failed to tell anyone in line ahead of time so card customers wouldn’t waste their time in line. And then today, same deal, waited in line, just to be told they were out of 3 items. Simply tell customers ahead of time so not to waste their time. Simple courtesy. And store always messy. Who’s running this location???
The staff has another level of arrogance. Waited in line for 15 minutes and when I turned up to the front, they told me that they were out of brown rice, black beans during peak dinner hours. I even asked them I can wait until they refill the containers, they rolled over their eyes and denied having these basic mexican essentials in store on a weekday! You think I can’t see you were trying to fool me and have your line move fast by denying me! Worst service and hygiene in store overall
This location is very skimpy with their portions. It’s crazy how their prices increase, but they give less food. Definitely don’t order online unless you want half portions. The latham location is better
