Overall experience was okay. Customer service could’ve been better, the person was kind of rude but maybe they were having a bad day. The food itself was okay, they barely put any slaw in the sandwich and the fries felt dry even with the cheese
The service was very quick. I ordered through the app and it was ready in around 10 mins even though they were busy. Staff was friendly. Food was hot, chicken was crispy. The sides were delicious. Place was very clean. Such a great addition to the area.
And the review is finger licking delicious ! The chicken was moist and well cooked while the outside was crisp and extremely flavorful! By the way hot means hot! Dave’s sauce helps balance the spice. The waffle fries are the perfect level of saltiness and crispness! The staff were pleasant and this location was well maintained.
My son was so excited that Dave’s was close to our new home in Clifton Park. It didn’t disappoint. Easy access, busy little place and the food was outstanding! Will def be back!
For a fast food place, this is definitely a five star place! First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken and now anytime we go travel I’ll make sure to stop at one. The chicken was very crispy. You pick your spice level and I went with mild and it was a good mild-not too spicy but definitely flavorful. On the pricier side at $13, doesn’t come with any sides, other than fries and also two slices of bread. Definitely worth it!
